EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their Financial Accounting and Advisory Services team in Canada. This role involves providing financial and accounting advisory services to clients, managing responsibilities for financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting and auditing experience and be adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Canadian CPA designation (or equivalent international qualification)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in application of accounting standards (IFRS & US GAAP)
- Audit experience with adherence to relevant regulatory requirements (NI 52-109, SOX 404)
- Mastery of internal controls over financial reporting (IFRS & SOX)
- Demonstrated mastery of key internal controls principles
