Senior Development Lead

We are seeking a Senior Development Lead to lead our Application Engineering team and deliver high-quality technical solutions. The role requires expertise in developing and enhancing technology solutions, with a focus on management of technical tasks, coordination with project managers, and ensuring quality delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with.NET, database, and client web technologies, and a proven track record of leading global teams.

Requirements

• Proactively anticipate project issues, risks, and threats before they occur
• Make key decisions based upon input from Team, Group, and/or Global Leads
• Apply judgment in implementing Application Engineering methodologies, processes, and practices
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed to manage multiple technical challenges simultaneously
• Have experience with.NET, database, and client web technologies
• Have experience leading global teams
