Senior Manager Multinational Tax Accounting, Reporting and Compliance / Global CoE / Tax (f/m/d)

We are a fast-growing Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team that values diversity and inclusion. As a Senior Manager, you will drive improvements and redesign processes to deliver accurate and compliant tax reporting across EY's global operations, ensuring alignment with both IFRS and US GAAP standards. Your responsibilities will include tax accounting and reporting, process improvement and compliance, leadership and collaboration, and mentoring and developing staff on key tax concepts.

Requirements

• Degree qualified with deep expertise in US GAAP and/or IFRS tax accounting provisions/projects
• Accounting or tax qualification (ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA/CPA or equivalent)
• Practical experience in corporate income tax across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams across borders
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
• German language skills on a level of C1
