Requirements

• Manage and participate in SPA advisory engagements for acquisitions or disposals by private equity investors, funds, or strategic corporate clients
• Advise clients on transaction mechanisms and financial analysis
• Build and maintain relationships with internal contacts and external clients
• Collaborate with other EY service teams to deliver an integrated approach to clients
