We're looking for corporate lawyers interested in joining a Tier 1-accredited corporate structuring law team in the UK, based in London. This is a fast-growth business with a varied and dynamic range of work, a strong international dimension and acting for some of the largest household-name groups in the world.
Requirements
- English law-qualified corporate solicitor
- 2-8 years PQE experience
- Strong technical, research and drafting skills
- Good working knowledge of company law in the UK
- Knowledge of or interest in deal-related structuring
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Good commercial awareness of the wider context in which legal advice is given
