EY seeks Tax Advisor - ITTS - International Corp Tax Adv - FSO - Manager to advise clients in financial services on complex tax issues, manage teams, and cultivate business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law, Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in tax
- 4 years of experience in tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning
- 4 years of experience with inbound or outbound transaction consulting
- Must have active CPA certification or ability to obtain within one year
- Ability to work on client engagements, including engagement-related budgeting and billing
