Requirements

• Interface with clients and colleagues worldwide by phone, virtual meetings, and in person
• Analyze client tax data to determine filing positions and provide tax planning advice
• Review US and Canadian personal income tax returns
• Manage client accounts, including budgets, resource requirements, invoicing, and financial metrics
• Provide guidance to junior colleagues on tax technical and performance management skills
• Engage in tax technical research to support compliance and advisory deliverables
• Leverage cutting-edge technology to maximize productivity
