Job Description
The company, a rapidly growing B2B SaaS scale-up with ~180 employees in Germany and further European locations, is seeking an HR Business Partner to shape its HR structure and advise leaders. The role involves strategic advice on HR, legal consultation, leadership enablement, people processes, and change/scaling initiatives. Strong communication and stakeholder management are key to success.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong knowledge of German labor law
- Ability to structure and determine key matters in a decisive manner
- Negotiating skills in German and very good English
- Travel readiness to strengthen the goal after ‘One Company’
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
