EyeCare Partners is seeking a Facilities Specialist to maintain the physical integrity of properties, ensuring safe and comfortable working environments. The role involves performing maintenance tasks related to buildings, medical equipment, and overall property operations. Responsibilities include repairs, preventative maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.

Requirements

• Follows instructions and performs pre-established guidelines for maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work independently, as a team, and with a strong customer service focus.
• Experience with computer programs, internet navigation, and safety regulations.
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds occasionally.
• Possess of a valid driver’s license and ability to operate standard maintenance equipment.
