This role involves scheduling appointments, educating patients, handling insurance inquiries, and collecting payments. The company is based in St. Louis, MO, with a national network of 300 ophthalmologists and 700 optometrists.

Requirements

• Schedule surgery, perform pre-surgery patient education and communicate with relevant facilities.
• Schedule and coordinate pre-op appointments with patients and/or their care giver.
• Check patient charts for insurance benefits and counsel patients regarding finances.
