Director of IT - The Hague, Netherlands (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Director of IT to take full ownership of Eye Security's IT function and turn it into a strategic, structured, and scalable business enabler.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT leadership roles
• Experience building or restructuring IT organizations in complex or fast-growing environments
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), enterprise IT architecture, and security fundamentals
• Solid understanding of ITIL, Agile/Scrum ways of working, and compliance standards
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity fundamentals, threat detection, and incident response
