Are you an optometrist looking for a new career opportunity that will enable you to expand your skills and make a significant impact? This thriving, growing optometry practice seeks a talented, passionate optometrist to join its team in a full-time float position.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
Benefits
- Total Potential Annual Earnings: ~$200,000 (including phantom equity)
- Base Annual Salary: $155,000 - $175,000
- Monthly Incentive Bonus: Averaging $1,000 - $1,500
- Generous Retention Bonus: $10,000 - $20,000 based on the length of your employment agreement
