Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in payment operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing systems, gateways, and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
