Job Description
This Compliance Analyst position will serve as a key resource for Fidelity & Guaranty Securities Corp., ensuring strict adherence to federal and state securities and insurance regulations. The role includes overseeing compliance with FINRA, SEC, and state insurance advertising laws. Reporting to the Director of Product and Advertising Compliance, the position involves reviewing filings, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with various advertising regulations.
Requirements
- Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC and state insurance department regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory examinations.
- Review and approve all assigned advertising material.
- Research and review applicable FINRA, SEC, and state insurance advertising regulations.
- Assist with various exams and audits related to broker dealer compliance.
