Project Manager

F.H. Paschen is looking for a Project Manager to manage a variety of projects and manage the project team. The Project Manager will be responsible for representing and demonstrating the values of F.H. Paschen, managing the entire project, including scheduling, purchasing, quality and safety, and collaborating with other Project Manager(s) to find alternative solutions.

Requirements

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering
• 6-10 years of construction experience
• 5+ years as a Project Manager
• Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management
• Computer skills, knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling, good communication and organizational skills
• Experience with a general contractor is required
