Project Manager - Civil

F.H. Paschen is seeking a Project Manager - Civil to manage Heavy Civil INDOT projects and manage the project team. The successful candidate will have 10 years of construction experience or a relevant degree and experience, and be able to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.

Requirements

• 10 years of construction experience
• B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering plus 5 years
• Master’s Degree plus 2 years
• Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management
• Proficiency in Project Management and Scheduling Software
• Great communication and organizational skills
