Job Description
F.H. Paschen is a construction company with over 115 years of experience seeking a Superintendent to manage field activities and ensure projects are completed safely and on time. This managerial position reports to the Project Manager and involves direct supervision of project site activities, safety compliance, and coordination with subcontractors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader capable of delivering projects in a variety of settings.
Requirements
- 5 – 10 years General Construction experience
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations (preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills
- Ability to resolve field conflicts
- Compliance with the 3 week look ahead schedules
- Ability to monitor subcontractors progress
- Experience with CPM schedules (Preferred)
