Development Lead (m/w/d) – Services & Modules (Cloud Native)

As Development Lead, you will take technical and professional leadership of an agile development team that develops innovative, cloud-native services and modules for our connectivity and alarm platforms.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in software development (full-stack, back-end or front-end) and as a technical lead or senior developer.
• In-depth knowledge of modern web technologies (Node.js, TypeScript, SvelteKit, Vite, MongoDB, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0).
• Experience with modern architecture and design principles (microservices, API design, OpenAPI, cloud security) as well as collaboration with Site Reliability Engineers.
• Excellent communication and team skills, leadership mindset and joy in coaching and mentoring.
• Very good English and German knowledge.
