Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious Network Performance Manager to motivate, support and inspire our franchisees to success using FS8/VAURA sales, training, and business methodologies. As a Network Performance Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful opening, growth and overall success of studios across your designated region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study preferred
- Minimum 2 years prior related franchise network performance experience required, ideally in Pilates or other categories in the health, wellness, or fitness space
- Experience in delivering educational content to franchisees in various delivery formats (e.g., one-on-one, large scale presentation, both in-person and remotely)
- Excel at building relationships with franchisees and managers
- Strong knowledge of operational systems for successful fitness franchise businesses, including thorough understanding of membership sales, member experience, management of coaching staff and studio-level business operations
- Exceptionally organized and adept at meeting deadlines for assigned tasks
- Extensive expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Hapana and Mindbody
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and confident navigating data platforms and CRM systems
