Job Description
Freaks 4U Gaming is seeking a Senior Event Manager to plan, manage, and execute high-profile esports and gaming events across Germany. The role involves developing event concepts, managing vendors, leading on-site teams, and analyzing event performance, ensuring unforgettable experiences for community, partners, and clients. This position is based in Berlin-Spandau.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in event management
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in organizing large-scale events
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Resilience, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in both German and English
