NOC Engineer I

F5 is seeking a Level 1 NOC Engineer to operate effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. The role is responsible for monitoring and supporting our cloud-based platform, responding to infrastructure alerts, and escalating issues as needed.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a NOC Engineer or in a similar role
• Solid understanding of core networking concepts, including common protocols and basic troubleshooting techniques
• Familiarity with a variety of network monitoring tools and technologies
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a talent for analyzing and troubleshooting complex network issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience working with Customer Support and Service Management portals
• Ability to diagnose server or network alerts, events, or issues
• Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
