Job Description
F5 is seeking a visionary Sr. Manager, Platform Services to join our Digital Employee Experience (EX) organization. In this role, you will lead the platform services engineer team responsible for our core employee-facing platforms and services.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience in Enterprise Application and Integration architecture.
- Proven track record of managing engineering teams responsible for development, QA, and Systems admins
- Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps) and experience implementing them.
- Experience managing platforms like ServiceNow.
- Experience with enterprise integration strategies and technologies like Boomi, OIC, Workato, etc.
- Experience in Automation and AI implementations for Business Systems & Productivity applications
- Experience with establishing quality engineering across functional areas such as Finance, Procurement, etc.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into a clear technical strategy.
