The Cash Applications Supervisor will have content expertise in cash application processes and be responsible for improving Cash Application processes, applying cash to customer accounts, and communicating with management and team members.
Requirements
- Originate, lead, and/or participate in projects designed to improve Cash Application processes
- Accurately apply cash to customer accounts in the most efficient way possible
- Reconcile customer remittance information and apply all cash to customer accounts
- Participate in and lead projects designed to improve cash application processes or procedures
- Establish regular communication of A/R and Cash Application information with management
- Effectively communicate Cash Application information to all levels of management
- Provide guidance, training, and support to Cash Application team members
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships and clear communication with other departments
- Research and review customer remittances and deductions to assist with accurate application to the A/R system
- Assist with onboarding and training of new Cash Application team members
