Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering; Master’s degree is a plus
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, solid modeling, and FEA are required
• Familiarity with MIL specifications, Autodesk Inventor, mechanical shock analysis, testing, and project management experience preferred
• High level of verbal and written communication skills along with interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Results-oriented with a willingness to take responsibility and initiative
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong work ethic with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, growth environment
• Proven ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels
• Excellent organizational, analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
