Job Description
Faire is a rapidly growing online wholesale marketplace focused on connecting independent retailers with brands. They are seeking a Staff Applied AI/ML Scientist to join the Ads Data team, focusing on the development of advertising products for the wholesale industry. The role involves leading the end-to-end development of ML models, building models for ads retrieval and ranking, and driving improvements to the bottom line for both brands and the company.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience using machine learning to solve real-world problems
- 3+ years in Ads, Search, Recommendations, or a related large-scale production domain
- Demonstrated ownership of the full ML lifecycle
- Strong programming skills, with excitement for new tools
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Ability to contribute to team strategy
- Strong communication skills
