Job Description
Lead Maintenance Technician responsible for repairing and maintaining various aspects of a community, leading and inspiring the maintenance team, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably on a residential property
- EPA Certification required
- Ability to work in a professional, courteous, cooperative, tactful, and patient manner with residents, FPM employees, vendors, suppliers, and members of the public
- Self-motivated to work independently with little guidance
- Ability to work on-call and respond promptly and appropriately to all calls required
- Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance required
