Community Leasing Associate

Fairfield is seeking a dynamic and top-performing salesperson to join their Leasing Associate team. The ideal candidate will have a positive energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and superior sales and customer service experience. They will be responsible for creating better living for better lives by matching prospects with their perfect apartment and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in a customer service, sales or retail position
• Experience or knowledge in leasing or real estate a plus
• Strong typing and computer skills with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Professional verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to close a sale is highly preferred
• Knowledge of tax credit, fair housing, and trade practices a plus
• Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A valid driver's license may be required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays
