Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to lead our property operations, manage a high-performing team, and maintain best-in-class standards for customer service and retention. This role requires a strong business instinct, customer-centric mindset, and experience in property management, with a focus on affordable housing compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of property management experience
- Minimum of three years LIHTC experience
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Prior experience preparing for a REAC inspection
- Experience in a leadership position and in managing a staff
- Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software
- Experience in writing and maintaining budgets
- Strong understanding of federal, state and local fair housing laws and provisions
- Strong knowledge of IRS 8823 guide and HUD 4350.3 Manual
- A valid driver's license may be required
