Fairstead is a purpose-driven real estate firm seeking a Community Manager to manage day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with laws and regulations at one of its properties.

Requirements

• 3 years of management experience
• Supervising a team experience
• Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) or Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) certification
• Bachelor's degree
• EIV experience
• Yardi experience
• TCS certification for tax credit properties
• Experience in Affordable Housing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
