Job Description
Fairstead is a purpose-driven real estate firm dedicated to building sustainable communities across the country. The Service Manager manages and supervises the repair and maintenance of property buildings, ensuring timely installation of mechanical equipment and upkeep of Fairstead’s property to ensure operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Supervision of other maintenance employees
- Taking a leadership position on special projects
- Perform a variety of skilled maintenance and repair tasks
- Strong knowledge of accident and safety precautions
- Proficient in a specific trade with general maintenance and repair skills
- Work independently on routine projects and receive assistance for more complex projects
- Occasional need to work overtime for special projects or emergencies
