FP&A Senior Associate, Revenue

They are seeking an FP&A Senior Associate, Revenue, to play a crucial role in their finance function, focusing on the evolving digital asset landscape and supporting the company's financial objectives. The ideal candidate will develop revenue budgets and forecasts, conduct financial analysis, generate insightful management reports, and build strong relationships across the organization, contributing to FalconX's growth and success in the digital asset ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or a relevant field (MBA is a plus)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, and/or investment banking
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (including advanced formulas, scenario analysis, and pivot tables)
• Prior experience with both FP&A and ERP software
• Demonstrated understanding of FP&A principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in revenue budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniques
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaborator with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams
• Passion for crypto and web3, demonstrated through personal or professional experience and regular consumption of industry news and developments
