Job Description
FalkenSteg is seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) in the Real Estate sector to support their team. The role involves managing distressed real estate projects, conducting financial and real estate analyses, and supporting due diligence processes within a small, collaborative team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience and acquisition successes in the real estate sector
- Above-average completed university degree in an economics / law or comparable degree program with real estate focus (min. Bachelor; Master or commercial training an advantage)
- Prior experience through relevant internships in the real estate or finance industry
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Fascination for the worlds of real estate in special situations, restructuring, renovation and insolvency
- Analytical and structured working method
- Team player, independence, confident demeanor, flexibility and willingness to travel
- Commitment to Excellence in the form of precise work results
- Fluent German and English in spoken and written language (other foreign languages are an advantage)
- Good knowledge of common software
- Driving license class B
