Job Description
Fallon Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to members and communities within the Summit ElderCare program in Webster, MA. Requirements
- Current RN license in Massachusetts
- Current CPR and Alzheimer's certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
- Minimum two years of direct care experience with adults or frail/elderly population
- Experience with an ambulatory care or home healthcare setting is helpful
- Familiarity with the needs of older adults and chronic care is a plus
