Job Description
FAM Brands is seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to lead production for their growing Club Division, serving Costco and Sam's Club accounts. This role will oversee the entire production lifecycle from development to delivery, ensuring product quality, on-time execution, and margin optimization. FAM Brands is a rapidly growing apparel manufacturer with a strong track record of delivering top-quality products and accessibility to a wide range of retailers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in apparel production
- Strong understanding of Club retail environment
- Proven track record of managing multiple vendors and large seasonal orders
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong negotiation and vendor communication skills
- PLM experience required (Centric PLM preferred)
