Job Description
FAM Brands, a leading apparel company, is seeking a Senior Sportswear Designer to create and execute seasonal collections. This role focuses on elevated lifestyle brands, involving trend-right concepts, design, and collaboration across various departments. The company operates in the sports and active wear apparel market with brands like Marika, Wildfox, Three Dots, and Balance Collection. The position is based at the corporate office in Bell, CA, with a move to a new corporate headquarters in Beverly Hills, CA.
Requirements
- Own the creative direction, design, and execution of seasonal sportswear collections.
- Create trend-right concepts, color stories, and line plans.
- Sketch detailed flat designs and develop technical design packages.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, tech, PD, and sourcing.
- Present concept, design direction, and seasonal assortments to internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with technical design during fittings to maintain aesthetic and construction quality.
