Job Description
Families in Transition/Housing Benefits is seeking an enthusiastic Facilities Technician to join their team. The role involves a variety of property maintenance tasks, including general repairs, painting, appliance work, and equipment maintenance. Candidates should have a professional attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn and grow.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Maintenance experience with a property management company
- Experience with unit turnovers (preferred)
