Job Description
Families in Transition is seeking a Shelter Support Staff member to help provide a safe and welcoming environment for adult emergency shelter residents. The role involves supervising resident activities, performing housekeeping and maintenance tasks, and contributing to continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, an understanding of housing safety concerns, and excellent customer service skills.
