Job Description
Family Service Association is seeking an unpaid fall internship for students enrolled in related programs (Social Work, Psychology, etc.) to support Guardianship program clients. The Case Manager Intern will review cases, assist with legal matters, and utilize agency software for billing and documentation. Interns will gain experience in case management services.
Requirements
- Shadow Case Managers
- Assist with contact with collateral contacts
- Understand and utilize agency software (Care logic & Great Plains)
- Enter completed tasks into client records
- Assist with clerical duties (filing, scanning, etc.)
- Complete face-to-face visits with clients (when deemed appropriate by Supervisor)
- Complete record reviews, documentation, compliance, and implementation of policy.
