Job Description
Family Service Association is seeking a Full-time Therapeutic Training and Support (TT&S) staff member in their In Home Therapy (IHT) program. The position provides intensive family therapy services to youth up to age 21 and their families, focusing on improving family effectiveness and promoting healthy functioning. The role involves working within a structured, strength-based therapeutic relationship and managing case management activities.
