Residential Clinicians will provide individual, group, and family therapy to residents and support integration of the Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) model in milieu. The role involves diagnostic assessments, co-creating treatment plans, providing short and long-term trauma-informed counseling services, and transition advocacy towards permanency.
