Job Description
The Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring adherence to DELC rules and regulations, creating planned curriculum, supervising children in the Y programs, and collaborating with the Multi-Site Director and team. They model and practice Y core values, focusing on Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility. The role involves managing schedules, preparing supplies, and maintaining the site in a safe and orderly manner.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to obtain hands-on Pediatric First Aid & CPR Certification
- Ability to obtain Food Handler’s Card
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
