Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Customer Success DACH to lead our Customer Success Team and develop a comprehensive digital solution for kindergarten operations. As a key account manager, customer success manager, and onboarding specialist, you will be responsible for the customer journey and ensure that every customer maximizes their value with Famly.
Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in SaaS-CS or sales and/or in the Early Years industry
- Funded understanding of the principles of customer success, strategies for account expansion, and best practices in onboarding
- Analytical thinking and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot) and CS platforms
- Clear, empathetic communication style and enthusiasm to empower your team
- Motivation to lead a team not only but to grow together
- Excellent communication and relationship skills in German and English
