Headwear Product Developer, Mitchell & Ness

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Headwear Product Developer (P.D.) to execute the Business from proto to production-ready state, coordinating with teams and analyzing development progress. The role involves concept development, BOM creation, communication with design, Sourcing approvals, and ensuring quality and timelines are met. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a team player, and have a strong understanding of the apparel industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Product Development or related field
• 3-7 years of related experience in Sportswear development & management
• Technical knowledge of fabric, trim, construction, embellishment and product engineering
• Proficient in product line management (PLM), databases, and MS Office applications
• Advanced Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
