Job Description
Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking an HR Generalist to support the People team in executing HR operations, fostering a strong employee experience, and ensuring efficient day-to-day HR activities. This role requires collaboration, problem-solving, and a proactive approach, particularly when working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of generalist HR or administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
