Job Description
Fanatics is seeking a Senior Manager for ERP/SCM, a crucial role within Finance Transformation. This position reports to the VP of Financial Systems and focuses on overseeing post-implementation service requests, enhancements, and expansion of Oracle systems. The role involves collaboration with all teams, ensuring stability, and contributing to ongoing expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will be analytical, project-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of accounting and planning concepts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, accounting, finance, or related field
- 10+ years of experience managing ERP and SCM Systems with a strong understanding of Accounting and Planning concepts (Oracle preferred)
- Oracle Fusion experience is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing the support team
- Experience working with offshore team
- Big picture thinker with ability to understand end-to-end processes
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cloud-based systems (SAAS)
