Job Description
Fanatics Collect is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead execution across their products and engineering teams. This role focuses on managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, driving technical and business outcomes, and ensuring delivery in a collaborative, agile environment. The TPM will be fluent in modern product and engineering workflows, and possess experience with tools like Linear, Notion, and Google Suites.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a TPM role
- Deep working knowledge of agile methodologies and modern product development practices
- Direct experience managing and facilitating projects using Linear and Notion
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
