Senior Delivery Manager - Software Services

Faptic Technology is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex software and application development programs, focusing on Azure transformation, modernization initiatives, and Agile delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in delivery or program management within software engineering or digital transformation environments.
• Strong background in delivering software products and services built on modern back-end and front-end technologies.
• Experience leading teams across Azure cloud-native environments, including modernization or re-platforming initiatives.
• Understanding of testing strategies for managing quality-focused teams.
• Deep experience in Agile delivery frameworks, with proven success managing remote or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD tooling, and modern software engineering workflows.
• Experience working in or with staff augmentation delivery models.
• Microsoft Azure certified.
• Strong commercial acumen: managing SOWs, budgets, cost models, and project profitability.
• Track record of high-quality stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
