Assistant Plant Controller

The Company is seeking an Assistant Plant Controller to partner with the Corporate Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective cost management across the Hanford manufacturing plant. The role combines plant-level cost accounting and operational analysis with broader corporate accounting functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7-10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Strong leadership potential and high ethical standards
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork tendencies
