• Manage all direct reports, develop job duties, and monitor performance
• Manage material management support operations
• Supervise pilot/lead unit material setup and system establishment
• Lead cross-functional plan for training and attendance coverage
• Support new business strategies and material flow analysis
• Mentoring production control salary support staff
• Visit customer locations and plants during milestone events
