Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect

Faraday Future is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to own the end-to-end solution blueprint for their automotive Order-to-Delivery (OTD) CRM and partner with business and platform teams to translate processes into reliable capabilities on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Requirements

• Solution Design: Translate OTD processes into Dataverse schema, model-driven apps, forms/views, Business Process Flows, and a role-based security model.
• Integrations: Specify and validate integrations with ERP/OMS/DMS, identity, payments, and data platforms via Azure patterns.
• ALM & Environments: Establish environment strategy; manage Solutions/Managed Solutions, Power Platform Pipelines, versioning, deployment gates, and rollback.
• Data Migration & Quality: Plan and execute migrations (Dataflows/Import, Azure Data Factory); deduplicate/cleanse; define stewardship and quality rules.
• Non-Functional Requirements: Set and verify performance, scalability, availability/DR, operability, localization, and cost guardrails; conduct capacity planning.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security roles/field security, auditing, DLP, and consent/retention controls aligned to GDPR/CCPA/CPRA.
• Testing, UAT & Cutover: Define acceptance criteria and test plans; coordinate SIT/UAT and signoffs; run cutover rehearsals and go-live checklists.
• Telemetry & KPIs: Configure Application Insights/Azure Monitor; deliver Power BI dashboards/alerts aligned to SLAs/KPIs.
